Ventus was established in 1993 by Greg Sarkissian and Sam Jabbour. Greg's background in real estate and marketing since 1985 and Sam's background in civil engineering since 1986 have enabled Ventus to become specialists in the development and construction of quality residential projects with attention to detail. With a vast experience in all key areas of property development including site acquisition, planning, design, project management and an in-house construction team, Ventus have earned a reputation for delivering high quality developments.
